For thousands of years, our ancestors have used the labyrinth as a tool for meditation and spiritual reflection. With closed eyes, open heart and firm step they allowed the labyrinth to act as a mirror and metaphor for life, showing them the essence of who they are and the deepest part of their being.

Flowers, herbs, fire and steam purify us physically and spiritually, we become one with the sky and the earth and enter into harmony with our inner universe where the truth of our being lives. We enter with the permission of nature and the ancestors who came before us. We enter with the purpose of discovering, who we are? where do we come from? and where are we going?
